This site is an online exhibit that provides information on the women of the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW). The biographies of the women, which can be accessed through the photo gallery has been appropriated from the Early American Museum, in Mahomet IL.
Though this site you will obtain an understanding of the women, the connections between them, and an understanding of the historical context for the organization. In addition, there is some information in order to enhance understanding of the connections between these women and today.
